NYC Day Eight

On our last day, we only had a few hours left before heading to the airport so we ate a fabulous breakfast at Little Purity Diner in Park Slope and headed to Four and Twenty Blackbirds for honey lavender pie and an autographed cookbook for my sister. I don't think we could have packed in one more thing on this trip but we'll save the rest for next time!

Saw this on the subway, and it made me laugh. I didn't get a good picture of it because it's a little tricky taking photos on the subway so I snapped it quick! Although no real context was provided on the poster, fans of the HBO television show "Barry" will understand.

One last subway trip across the bridge and off to the airport.
